Curing Ovens
أفران تثبيت طلاء البودرة الصناعية لكل مقاس إنتاج ونوع تسخين ومنحنى تثبيت. أفران الدفعات متاحة بعشرة مقاسات قياسية من 1 إلى 7 أمتار عمقاً داخلياً مع تسخين كهربائي أو غازي أو مزدوج — يُحدَّد التكوين المناسب وفقاً لحجم القطعة ودرجة حرارة التثبيت المستهدفة (180–200°م عادةً) ومصادر الطاقة المتاحة وحجم الإنتاج. أفران الناقل تندمج مباشرة في الخطوط الأوتوماتيكية بتصميم نفقي أو على شكل حرف U. يتميّز كل فرن بتوزيع هواء متجانس وتحكم حراري دقيق وعزل يقلّل الفاقد الحراري وتكلفة التشغيل.
