How Spray Wash Pretreatment Works
Parts travel on a conveyor through an enclosed tunnel with multiple spray zones. Each zone applies a different chemical treatment — degreasing, rinsing, etching, conversion coating. The spray pressure and nozzle configuration are set to match your part geometry and substrate.
The advantage over dip tanks: spray wash integrates directly with your conveyor line, so there is no manual rack handling between pretreatment and the spray booth. Parts go from wash to dry to coat without stopping.

Stage Configuration
5 to 8+ stages configurable depending on substrate and end-use requirements:
- 5-stage: Degrease, rinse, etch, rinse, conversion coat — standard for most applications
- 6-stage: Adds a de-smut stage for aluminium
- 7-8 stage: Adds reverse osmosis rinses and specialized sealing for coastal/harsh environments
