MDF / Wood Coating

Specialized powder coating equipment for MDF boards, wood panels, and engineered wood substrates. The process is VOC-free, single-step, and uses low-cure powders that activate at 105–130 °C — well below the thermal degradation point of MDF — with 4–6 minute cycle times. Typical applications include kitchen cabinets, furniture panels, office partitions, bathroom door skins, and shelving. Lines are built around the specific substrate characteristics (moisture content, density, edge geometry) and include IR or UV preheating stages, electrostatic spray booths optimized for dielectric substrates, and curing sections tuned for the low-cure powder chemistry. We deliver complete MDF powder coating systems integrated with material handling and finishing conveyors.
