Pretreatment / Washing
Multi-stage pretreatment systems for powder coating operations of all sizes. Immersion dip tank systems serve batch production where parts are loaded onto trolleys and moved through stages manually. Continuous spray wash lines integrate with automated conveyors for high-volume production. Stage counts run from 3 stages (basic cleaning and conversion) to 8+ stages for demanding environments including coastal, high-humidity, and high-UV applications, with additional rinsing, de-smut, and sealing steps. We offer nanotechnology, phosphating, and chrome-free conversion chemistry options, and deliver lines compliant with AAMA 2605, Qualicoat, and GSB certification standards where required. System selection depends on substrate (steel, aluminium, galvanized), part geometry, and target durability specification.
