Fully Automatic Color Change
The PM3 handles the entire color change process automatically: purge the old color from hoses and container, clean the stainless steel container interior, load the new color, and resume spraying. Total time: 5 minutes. No manual cleaning, no operator intervention during the changeover.
This is the fastest color change in our range — 4x faster than the PM1 and 2x faster than the PM2. For a line running 8+ color changes per shift, the PM3 saves over an hour of production time per day compared to a PM1.
Closed-Cycle Powder Management
The PM3 operates as a closed loop: fresh powder enters from the supply, overspray returns from the booth via the recovery system, and the integrated sieve removes contaminants before powder re-enters circulation. The system monitors powder level and adds fresh powder automatically. No manual monitoring or refilling during a production run.
Stainless Steel Container
The fixed container is stainless steel — resistant to corrosion, easy to clean, and does not contaminate powder. Stainless steel matters for operations running white, light colors, or metallic powders where container contamination would cause visible defects.
