The Digital Spray Gun gives you adjustable kV and µA from a digital controller, so you dial in your settings and get the same finish every time. Up to 85% transfer efficiency reduces powder waste. Compatible with fluidized bed, box feeder, or hopper delivery systems. Dense phase pump option available for operations requiring gentler powder handling.

Digital Control Advantage
The digital controller displays exact kV and uA values and allows fine adjustment in precise increments. This matters because the relationship between voltage (kV) and current (uA) directly affects coating quality:
- Higher kV increases electrostatic attraction — more effective on flat parts and open surfaces
- Lower uA improves penetration into corners and recesses — critical for complex part geometries
- The right kV/uA combination varies by part shape, powder type, and coating thickness target
Baseline Settings
Starting point for most applications: Total air 4.0 Nm3/h, powder output 60%, kV 50-100, uA 10-100. From there, adjust based on your specific parts.
Transfer Efficiency
Up to 85% transfer efficiency — meaning 85% of the powder leaving the gun lands on the part. The remaining 15% is overspray, captured by the booth recovery system for reuse. Higher transfer efficiency means less powder per part and lower material cost.
Nozzle Options
Available with flat jet nozzles (standard for profiles and flat surfaces) and round jet nozzles (general purpose). Nozzles are interchangeable without tools. The same gun body accepts both types.

Dense Phase Option
Available with dense phase pump feed for operations requiring gentler powder handling. Dense phase moves powder at lower velocity and higher density, reducing particle breakage and maintaining more consistent particle size distribution. This is relevant for metallic and specialty powders that degrade under high-velocity venturi injection.
