How Fast Color Change Works
The booth interior is made of smooth plastic panels that resist powder adhesion. When changing colors, the booth cleans in minutes rather than the hours required for a steel booth. The cyclone recovery system separates the old color from the air stream before the new color starts, preventing cross-contamination.
Color changeover takes under 10 minutes in typical operation. During a changeover, the cyclone is purged, the booth interior is blown clean, and the powder center switches to the new color container.
Cyclone Recovery
The cyclone separator reclaims up to 98% of each color's overspray. This means you recover almost all of the powder you spray, even during short runs. For operations running expensive specialty colors, this level of recovery directly affects per-part material cost.
