For facilities with gas supply — available from 4 to 7 meters
For production facilities where gas is more cost-effective than electric heating — or where the available electrical supply cannot support a large oven. Gas-fired batch ovens are available in 4, 5, 6, and 7 meter internal depths, all with 1.5 x 1.8 m cross-section.

Heating Options
Three fuel configurations are available:
- Natural gas — most common, lowest operating cost where gas supply is available
- Oil / diesel — for facilities without gas infrastructure
- Dual-fuel (gas + electric) — hybrid systems that can switch between energy sources based on cost or availability
Burner and Controls
High-efficiency indirect burner system heats the air circulation loop. The burner does not expose parts directly to flame — heat is transferred through a heat exchanger, providing clean, uniform heating. PLC temperature control with documented cure profiles.
Burner capacity up to 140 kW on the largest models. The 6-meter configuration (working area 6 x 1.5 x 1.8 m) produces 17,000 m3/h of air circulation — sufficient for uniform temperature distribution across the full chamber.
Custom Dimensions
While our standard models cover 4 to 7 meters, custom dimensions are available for non-standard parts. Contact us with your largest part dimensions and we will confirm whether a custom oven is needed or if a standard model will work.
