Recipe Storage
Store complete spray recipes including kV, uA, powder output, and air settings. Each recipe is saved with a name and can be loaded with a single touch. This eliminates the risk of an operator dialing in wrong parameters and producing a batch of rejects.
Typical use: a facility coating 5-10 different part types stores a recipe for each. When the production schedule changes to a different part, the operator loads the recipe and the gun is ready.
Parameter Visualization
The touchscreen displays all active parameters in real time — voltage, current, powder output, air pressure. This gives the operator and supervisor immediate visibility into what the gun is doing, without checking a separate control unit.
Quick-Change Nozzle System
Switch between flat jet (for profiles) and round jet (general purpose) nozzles without tools. The quick-change system locks the nozzle in position with a twist — no screws, no alignment adjustment.

Reciprocator Compatible
The Touchscreen gun can be mounted on a reciprocator for semi-automated operation. In this configuration, the gun moves up and down automatically while the operator or conveyor handles part positioning. This is a common intermediate step between fully manual and fully automated coating.
