Batch Oven EL60
Large production oven — 6m chamber for long parts and high volume
PLC digital controls with high air circulation (17,000 m3/h) ensure uniform temperature across the entire 6-meter chamber. This matters because temperature variation over a long chamber can cause some parts to under-cure while others over-cure — leading to finish defects and rejects.
The EL60 uses the same insulation and construction quality as our smaller batch ovens — double-wall insulated panels, integrated floor rails for cart loading, and optional overhead rail integration. Electric heating is standard; gas-fired versions are available in our Gas-Fired Batch Oven range for facilities that prefer gas heating at this scale.
Load with wheeled carts on integrated floor rails or connect to an overhead rail system for production line integration.
