Recovery Systems
Cyclone Recovery
A cyclone separator captures overspray from the booth air stream and returns it directly to the powder center. Recovery rates reach up to 98%. This is the preferred option for high-volume single-color runs where maximizing powder reuse reduces material cost.
Filter Recovery
Filter cartridges (3 to 10) capture overspray for collection and sieving. Better suited for multi-color operations where separating recovered powder by color matters.
Automatic Cleaning
The booth cleaning system operates automatically between production runs or color changes. Pneumatic pulses clean the filter cartridges without operator intervention. On plastic booth configurations, interior surfaces wipe clean in minutes.

Reciprocator Compatibility
The booth is designed for reciprocator-mounted automatic guns. Reciprocators move the guns vertically while the conveyor moves parts horizontally, providing uniform coverage with consistent parameters. Compatible with 2D scanner systems that detect part height and adjust the spray zone automatically.
