Manual Powder Booth
For workshops and small production — 1 to 5 filter cartridges
For workshops, job shops, and small production operations coating parts manually. The manual booth provides a controlled environment for powder application with integrated recovery to capture overspray and return it for reuse.

- Mobile or fixed mounting — mobile units can be repositioned as your layout changes
Continuous Flow Booths
- 3 to 10 filter cartridges for higher-volume manual operations
- Powder chamber or cyclone recovery
- Automatic filter cleaning
- Rail conveyor compatible for large or heavy parts

Powder Recovery
Overspray is captured by the filter system, collected in a container, and sieved for reuse. This reduces powder waste significantly — particularly important when running premium or specialty powders. The recovered powder is mixed with fresh powder in ratios that maintain consistent finish quality.

Lighting and Visibility
Integrated LED lighting provides even illumination inside the booth. Good visibility is essential for manual spraying — it allows the operator to see coverage in real time and avoid areas of over- or under-application.

When to Choose a Manual Booth
Manual booths are the right choice for operations that coat a variety of part types and sizes in small batches, where the flexibility of a human operator outweighs the speed of automation. They are also the standard starting point for new coating operations before investing in automated equipment.
