Manual Powder Booth
For workshops and small production: 1 to 5 filter cartridges
The Manual Powder Booth is a spray cabin sized for hands-on coating, where an operator holds the gun and works each part directly. It fits workshops, job shops, and small production runs that need controlled, recoverable spraying without the cost or complexity of an automated line. If your volume does not justify reciprocators and conveyors, or you handle varied one-off parts that benefit from an operator's judgment, this booth gives you a contained, well-lit workspace built around manual application.
Manual spraying with integrated lighting
This booth is designed for manual spraying, so the working environment matters as much as the extraction. Integrated LED lighting puts even, bright light on the part surface, which lets the operator see coverage as it builds and catch thin or missed areas before the part goes to cure. Good lighting is a practical quality tool in hand spraying: the difference between a uniform finish and a reject often comes down to whether the operator could actually see the film as they laid it down. The contained cabin also keeps overspray off the rest of the shop.
Filtration and pneumatic cleaning
The booth runs 1 to 5 filter cartridges, a range suited to the lower airflow volumes of a single-operator cabin. Filters are available in polyester or nano media, letting you match filtration to the fineness of the powder you spray and the level of capture you need. Cleaning is pneumatic, using compressed air to pulse the cartridges clear so suction stays consistent through a session without manual filter handling. For a small shop, pneumatic cleaning keeps maintenance simple and avoids the labor of stripping and cleaning filters by hand.
Powder recovery and reuse
Overspray is captured and returned as reusable powder through sieving, so material that misses the part is not simply lost. In a manual booth this reclaim is straightforward: collected powder is sieved to remove fibers and agglomerates, then fed back into production. For job shops watching material cost on smaller runs, sieving and reusing overspray keeps powder consumption efficient even at modest volumes, where every kilogram of reclaimed powder is a direct saving.
Mobile or fixed configuration
The booth comes in a mobile or fixed configuration, so you can match it to how your shop is laid out and how often it changes. A fixed installation suits a dedicated coating bay with a settled workflow, while a mobile version lets you reposition the booth as jobs and floor space shift. Parts hook in for spraying, giving the operator clear access to all faces of the work. This flexibility is useful for shops that do not have a permanent line and need finishing capacity that can move with the work.
Where it fits in your line
The Manual Powder Booth sits between part preparation and curing in a small-shop workflow. Parts should arrive clean and pretreated so the powder adheres and cures correctly, whether that pretreatment is a wash bay or manual surface prep. After the operator coats a part in the booth and the overspray is sieved for reuse, the work moves to a curing oven, where the powder is cross-linked at the usual 180 to 200 C range to harden the finish. Pair this booth with a corona manual spray gun for general work: the operator's control over gun distance and timing, combined with the booth's lighting and recovery, makes it a complete manual finishing station for low-to-moderate volumes.
