Automatic Spray Gun
For reciprocator mounting in automated coating lines
Designed for mounting on reciprocators or robots in automated coating lines. The gun receives spray parameters from the PLC — including kV, powder output, and pattern width — and applies them consistently across every part. Compatible with 2D and 3D scanner systems that detect part geometry and adjust spray patterns automatically. Built for continuous operation on production lines running multiple shifts.

Key Features
- Reciprocator or robot mounting — PLC-controlled spray parameters
- 2D/3D scanner compatible — automatic part geometry detection
- Continuous operation — built for multi-shift production
- Automatic powder flow control — consistent coating thickness
- Programmable kV, output, and pattern width per part type
PLC Integration
All spray parameters are controlled by the production line PLC. The operator sets parameters once during line commissioning, and the gun reproduces them identically on every part. This eliminates the variation that comes from manual gun handling — consistent coating thickness, consistent finish quality, consistent powder consumption.

2D and 3D Scanner Compatibility
Compatible with scanner systems that detect part geometry as it enters the booth:
- 2D scanners detect part height and adjust the reciprocator stroke to match — avoiding spraying empty space above and below the part
- 3D scanners map the full part contour and adjust individual gun parameters (distance, output, kV) per zone — providing adaptive coating that follows complex shapes
Continuous Operation
Built for multi-shift production on automated lines. The gun body, nozzle, and electrode are designed for continuous operation with minimal wear. Replacement parts (nozzles, electrode holders, injectors) are standard wear items available from our spare parts range.
