Caractéristiques principales
- Continuous product flow — no batch loading delays
- Tunnel or U-turn layout — fits different floor plans
- Integrates with overhead or Power & Free conveyor systems
- Consistent cure temperature — every part gets the same treatment
- Lower per-part cost at production volumes
Layout Options
Available in two configurations depending on your floor space:
- Tunnel (straight-through) — parts enter one end, exit the other. Requires the most floor length but simplest conveyor path
- U-turn — parts enter and exit on the same side. Saves floor length by folding the oven path. Common when building length is limited

Heating and Temperature Control
Gas or electric heating, PLC-controlled. The oven maintains consistent temperature across its full length — every part receives the same cure regardless of its position in the production run. This is the key advantage over batch ovens for high-volume work: consistency at scale.
Air circulation fans distribute heated air uniformly. Insulation quality matches our batch oven range — double-wall construction with minimal heat loss.

Integration
The conveyor oven is designed to work with the rest of the automated line — pretreatment tunnel, spray booth, and powder center. The conveyor speed, oven length, and temperature are calculated together to achieve the required cure time for your powder specification. Contact us with your powder data sheet and target line speed for an oven specification.
