Dense Phase Technology
Unlike venturi (injector) systems that blow powder at high velocity through a small orifice, dense phase pumps move a dense slug of powder through the hose at lower speed. The result: less mechanical stress on the powder particles, less fines generation, and more consistent coating results — particularly important for metallic, bonded, and specialty powders.
Transfer Rate
7.9 kg/min effective transfer rate — the highest in its class. This means the feed center refills faster, reducing the risk of the powder level dropping during high-output production runs. Powder feed to guns: up to 700 g/min.
