Pretreatment for Aluminium Profiles
Surface preparation is critical for adhesion and long-term corrosion resistance on aluminium. The pretreatment stage removes contaminants, etches the natural oxide layer, and applies a conversion coating.
Standard systems use 5 stages. For demanding environments — coastal, high-humidity, or high-UV — 6 to 8+ stage configurations add additional rinsing, de-smut, and specialized sealing options.
