Analog Spray Gun

Analog control is appropriate for workshops and small operations where:

• Parts are relatively simple (flat panels, brackets, hardware)
• One operator handles most of the coating and develops muscle memory for settings
• Budget is a primary concern — the analog gun costs significantly less than digital or touchscreen models
• Production volume is low enough that recipe storage is not needed

Uses corona charging — an electrode at the gun tip creates an electrostatic field that charges the powder particles as they pass through. Good transfer efficiency on flat and open surfaces. For complex parts with deep recesses, consider the Digital model where you can reduce uA for better penetration into corners.
