How the Line Works
Parts are loaded onto an overhead or Power & Free conveyor with variable speed. The conveyor carries them through an integrated pretreatment tunnel (spray wash or immersion, depending on your substrate), a drying zone, an automatic spray booth with reciprocator-mounted guns, and a continuous curing oven. Parts unload at the end of the line, touch-ready.
The entire sequence runs continuously — there is no stopping to load an oven, no waiting for a batch to finish curing. This is what drives the lower per-part cost compared to manual or batch-based operations.
Spray Booth and Recovery
The automatic booth uses reciprocator-mounted guns that move vertically while the conveyor moves parts horizontally. This provides uniform coverage on all surfaces. Cyclone + filter recovery captures overspray and returns usable powder to the feed center, reducing material waste.
Curing Oven
The continuous curing oven is available in tunnel (straight-through) or U-turn layout depending on your floor space. Gas or electric heating. The oven maintains consistent temperature across its full length, so every part receives the same cure regardless of its position in the production run.
