For operations running one or two colors per day where fast color change is not critical. The PM1 uses a large fixed powder container with automatic gun hose cleaning — the hoses clean automatically, but the container requires manual changeover. Supports up to 30 injectors or 24 pumps with feed, enough for a mid-size automated line. Integrated sieve removes contaminants from reclaimed powder. Color change takes about 20 minutes. Adaptable to existing systems from other manufacturers.

How the PM1 Works
The PM1 uses a large fixed powder container. Powder is drawn from the container by injectors (up to 30) or pumps (up to 24) and delivered through hoses to the spray guns. An integrated sieve removes contaminants and oversized particles from reclaimed powder before it re-enters the container.
Automatic gun hose cleaning is included — when you stop spraying, the hoses purge automatically. The container itself requires manual changeover during color changes: empty the old powder, clean the container, load the new color. This process takes approximately 20 minutes.
When to Choose the PM1
- Operations running 1-2 colors per day — the 20-minute changeover is acceptable
- Facilities upgrading from a manual box-fed setup — the PM1 adds automatic feeding and sieving
