For facilities running several colors per day. The PM2 uses separate plastic containers for each color — when you change colors, you swap the container instead of cleaning the main unit. Injectors drive out together for cleaning, reducing changeover effort. Supports up to 30 injectors with feed. Color change takes about 10 minutes — faster than the PM1 because you are swapping pre-loaded containers rather than cleaning and refilling.

How Color Change Works
Each color has its own plastic container, pre-loaded with powder. When the production schedule calls for a different color, the operator swaps the container — slides out the current one, slides in the new one. The injectors drive out together for quick cleaning between swaps. Total changeover: approximately 10 minutes.
This is twice as fast as the PM1 because you are swapping a pre-loaded container rather than cleaning and refilling a single container. The trade-off: you need a separate container for each color you run.

Capacity
